Question #1 Is there a minimum purchase? There is no minimum required purchase amount; the suggested start up deposit is at least $5,000, with $10,000 recommended. You have the option to run a campaign on any budget you set, or you can top up your account automatically and run indefinitely. Start a campaign with $5000 or more, and we'll do your banners and images for FREE (a $499 value).

Question #2 How do I know if my ads are running? Our system offers reporting capabilities so you can monitor and adjust your campaign as you go.

Question #3 What about the creative / banners / artwork? Creative requirements are straightforward. Simply provide us with a few base images so that we can scale them to fit all of the requirements of various handsets, screen sizes, and user interfaces, along with a few text strings for text ads. Then let us know what you want users to see in the full page ad when they click through.

Image Requirements: Four graphics in both JPG and PNG formats (eight files total) are required to support graphical ads. For the best results on most phone displays, we recommend no more than 4,096 colors.

Text Requirements: You will need at least three short lines for text ads. You will also need a text paragraph that users see when they click your banner.

Question #4 I don't have a mobile site. Can I use your service? Yes. You can collect a customer's email address and send them a reminder email. You can send out SMS reminders for things like movie premiers, sales, and grand openings. You can even provide a coupon code for your limited time offer.
